This page sets out the agreement between you (the customer) and Turqex (the shop) when you order from turqex.com. Last reviewed September 2026.
Turqex is a stationery boutique operated by Shenqiu Yesemei General Store, offering curated stationery and desk goods to customers worldwide.
Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include sales tax (we add it where applicable at checkout). If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price — a $20 notebook mistakenly listed at $2 — we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you before shipping.
Clicking "Place order" is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send a shipping confirmation email. Before that email, either of us can cancel without consequence.
We hand the package to USPS or DHL. Once marked delivered by the carrier, the package is yours. For packages that go missing in transit (never scanned delivered) we file the claim and either refund or reship.
All text, product photography, and the page design on turqex.com are our work. You're welcome to share links and quote excerpts for honest reviews; please don't scrape, mirror, or republish in bulk.
Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the order. We're not liable for indirect losses (lost productivity if your journal shows up late to a workshop, for instance).
Please email hello@turqex.com first — most disputes are a misunderstanding we can sort out directly. If we can't, these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
