Privacy Policy

Our commitment, in one paragraph: we only hold what we need to send you your order and answer your questions. We don't sell data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we delete it on request. Full policy below. Last reviewed September 2026.

Data we keep

1. Order records — name, shipping/billing address, email, phone (optional), items purchased. Required by US tax law to keep for 7 years.
2. Payment info — processed by our third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
3. Customer emails — your messages to us, retained so we can look up past conversations.
4. Browsing data — IP, device, pages visited. First-party only. No third-party trackers.

Why we have it

To ship your order, answer your emails, prevent fraud, and plan which notebooks to stock next quarter. If you joined the newsletter, we send one email a month — that's it.

Your controls

Email hello@turqex.com to view, correct, or delete the data we hold on you. We honor deletion within 30 days (except order records legally retained).

Processors we work with

Third-party payment processor (card processing), USPS and DHL (shipping), Postmark (transactional email). All operate under GDPR / CCPA frameworks; none of them have permission to use your data for their own purposes.
