Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days

If a piece isn't quite right, send it back within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the item in full. Original postage is non-refundable; return postage is on you unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong thing.

Process

1. Email hello@turqex.com with the order number and a short note.
2. Within a business day, we reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and ship-to address.
3. Pack the item back in its original packaging, write the RA number on the outside, and send.
4. Once received and inspected, refund posts back to your card inside 3 business days.

Please write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package. Returns without an RA number may experience processing delays.

Condition expected

Unused and in the original packaging. For notebooks: unwritten in. For pens: cartridge still sealed. For washi tape: factory seal intact. For ink: unopened bottle.

Not returnable

For hygiene reasons: opened ink bottles, pens that have been inked, tapes with broken seals. For practical reasons: custom embossed items and gift sets with cards that have been written on.

Defective items

If a journal is bound crooked or a pen writes dry out of the box, email a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it and cover return postage.
